The Curated Registry is not a staffing agency, and I am not a recruiter. I’m Deborah Barnet—a veteran estate manager, creative director, and luxury service expert who built this registry to make private staffing more human, honest, and inclusive.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked inside high-net-worth homes, fashion ateliers, and global luxury circles. I’ve seen how often good people are filtered out—because of their age, their looks, their background, or simply because they didn’t know the right gatekeeper. I’ve also seen clients overpay for placements that don’t last.
